Q. Do you offer one-off or regular window cleaning?
A. We offer both one off cleans as well as regular cleans
Q. Do you clean windows inside and out?
A. Yes, we do both inside and outside window cleaning including conservatory roofs
Q. How do you clean the windows—traditional methods or water-fed pole?
A. We use water fed poles to clean exterior windows using purified and filtered water, interior windows are cleaned traditionally with a squeegee
Q. Do you use environmentally friendly cleaning products?
A. Pure water is environmentally friendly but not recommended to drink
Q. Do you only wash the glass when cleaning the windows?
A. No we also wash the frames and sills, we also wash front and back doors completely not just the glass
Gutter, Soffit & Fascia Cleaning
Q. How often should I have my gutters cleared?
A. We Usually recommend gutters clearing be done annually to prevent any blockages or buildups, however we will inspect your gutters before starting work to ensure that the work being carried out is necessary
Q. Can you provide proof the gutters are cleared?
A. We provide high quality before and after pictures so you can see the work we have done and that your gutters are cleared
Q. Do you clear blocked downpipes?
A. We have a variety of different methods we use to ensure your downpipes are clear
Q. Can you remove moss and algae from soffits and fascias?
A. When Washing Soffits and Facia we wash all dirt and algae off
Q. Do you clean conservatory roofs?
A. Yes we clean conservatory roofs both inside and out
Q. Do you offer a full exterior house wash?
A. We can wash cladding, garage doors as well as some soft washing/render washing and pressure washing

Q. What types of repairs do you carry out?
A. We carry out most types of gutter repairs including replacing damaged parts and sealing tricky areas
Q. Can you replace broken guttering or downpipes?
A. Yes we can replace both gutter and downpipes should they be badly damaged
Q. Do you fix leaks in gutters?
A. Yes we are keen to ensure all your guttering is functioning as it should when we leave your property
Q. Can you realign sagging gutters?
A. Yes we can realign gutters including replacing or adding additional clips where necessary
Q. Do you offer painting services for fascia’s and soffits?
A. Sadly we do not offer this service

Q. How can I pay for your services?
A. While we can accept Cash, Contactless, Paypal but prefer bank transfer
Q. Do you offer discounts for regular customers?
A. We usually have a slightly higher price for your first window clean as we spend longer making sure you frames and sills are up to our standard. Our regular window cleaning customers do enjoy a 10% discount on gutter clearance and soffit and facia washing
